A development consisting of seventeen townhomes, divided between three separate buildings totaling 53,219 square feet, sited along the Roaring Fork River just south of downtown Glenwood Springs.   Negotiating between an urban presence along Grand Ave. and nestled into the steep riverbank, the building masses saw-tooth to orient and optimize views up-valley to Mt. Sopris, while creating pocket terraces and access to the river for the residents to enjoy.  Offerings vary between three unique townhome layouts and two elegant material palettes.  Expansive window and door openings on either end with a primarily open floor between, ensure the units feel luxurious.
